Cr\u00e9e par <strong>Peter Rehberg<\/strong> en 1996, la structure a donn\u00e9 corps au plus bel des albums Pop de notre \u00e9poque (<em>Endless Summer<\/em> de <strong>Fennesz<\/strong> en 2001) et \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres rhizomes avant-gardistes (<strong>Mark Fell<\/strong> ; <strong>Russell Haswell<\/strong> \u2026). Natif de Bristol, <strong>Finlay Shakespeare<\/strong> est un solitaire qui cr\u00e9e et invente \u00e0 sa mani\u00e8re une vision du <em>One-Man Band<\/em>, avec machines synth\u00e9tiques et modulaires. Exemple :<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/iKUeCD_oow4\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;Anglais arrive de loin, sa musique Synth-Pop aussi. Avec un background musical assez hors du temps et hors des modes, <em>Domestic Economy<\/em> est une fabrique D.I.Y ou la Pop Synth\u00e9tique se crame avec le 80&rsquo;s de <strong>Cabaret Voltaire<\/strong>, le <strong>Swayzak<\/strong>\u00a0 (p\u00e9riode <em>Dirty Dancing)<\/em> et la voix de <strong>Talk Talk<\/strong>. Une cr\u00e9ation instinctive qui illustre bien qu&rsquo;il est possible de prendre en compte ses influences sans en donner une pale copie.
